You can cancel your order within 1 day of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped

Restrictions on Cancellations

After the 1 business day window has passed, your order will have entered the production process and cannot be cancelled or modified, except for the shipping address. This is because our production processes are designed to get products to our customers as quickly as possible.

Modifying Shipping Address

If you need to correct or modify your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an item is shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
