I love the fabrics Miriam chooses for her shop and the beautiful and timely way she sends them.
The fabric is nice but I didn't get the amount I thought I was ordering. I thought the reference to 1/2 yard referred to the minimum amount you would cut. I needed 3 yds for a quilt backing but received 1.5 yds. I'll cut it up to use on smaller quilts but I would like to know why it's only available in 1/2 yd amounts. At 108 inches, it assumed that most quilters will be using it for quilt backing. You also shorted me on the christmas fabric for the same reason. Please explain so I can be smarter with future orders. Thanks, deb ganzel

As far as your concerns about the amount sent to you, I did send you the amount you ordered. For both the 108' Covered Bridges in Spring Toile White' and the 'Christmas Is In Town Main Mist' yardage it is stated at the the top of the description that I sell and cut in 1/2 yard increments. I do this so people can order an amount closest to what they need. Many people order 2 1/2 yards of a 108' backing, not needing a full 3 yards. I'm sorry for the confusion this caused.
